The Auténtica Premium Food Fest 2024, held on September 16 and 17 in Seville, successfully gathered over 7,000 professionals from the food industry, including key players in large-scale distribution, retail, haute cuisine, and the Horeca sector. One of the major highlights of the event was the Gran Distribución y Retail Forum, where industry leaders discussed the latest challenges and innovations shaping the future of food distribution and retail.
