Areas, the travel food and beverage leader based in Barcelona, took home nine awards at the latest edition of the prestigious FAB Awards 2024, held in Ontario, California (USA). The awards have been organized every year since 2011 to reward travel channel stakeholders.
Competing against other nominees, the FAB Awards’ panel of leading professionals from the airport industry gave Areas awards across nine categories. Specifically, the organization singled out:

- Daniela Solis, General Manager F&B, Guadalajara Airport, “Star Individual Americas: Front of House”
Areas USA chief executive Carlos Bernal took part in the “Defense of Diversity Panel” event as part of the ceremony, explaining how the company promotes a leadership style that values people above all and the way that generational diversity, gender and special and multicultural needs within Areas are a core plank in providing each traveler a unique experience.
