The space offers a refined culinary experience that blends Japanese tradition with Mediterranean essence, creating a unique proposal based on creativity, premium ingredients, and elegance in every dish.
Located in the boarding area of Terminal 4, between gates J46 and J47, the restaurant features a capacity for 50 guests and operates daily from 8:10 a.m. to 9:40 p.m. The new Kabuki reflects the brand’s contemporary image and brings the excellence of its gastronomy to one of Europe’s busiest airports.
Designed to meet the needs of today’s travelers, the restaurant combines sophistication and comfort, featuring a distinctive interior design, a renewed culinary offer that includes breakfast service for the first time, and an enhanced beverage selection — all complemented by attentive and approachable service.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Alejandro Durán, who leads the Kabuki Group and holds a Michelin star, the menu has been created to offer travelers the possibility of enjoying a premium dining experience in a short time, without compromising on quality or creativity.
