Hobby Airport, with an estimated revenue of $470 million. The company plans to invest approximately $19 million to revamp dining options in the airport\u2019s east and west areas. The new venues will feature a mix of national and regional brands, alongside local favorites such as Throughgood Coffee Bistro &amp; Bar, Starbucks, Yard House, SpindleTap Brewery, Killen\u2019s Barbecue, and The Spot.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to its airport expansions, Areas has won a 15-year contract to operate the Beckley, Bluestone, and Morton travel plazas on the West Virginia Turnpike. This agreement, valued at $272 million, includes an initial $15 million investment to renovate existing spaces. The travel plazas will feature modern designs and house six restaurants, including prominent U.S. food and beverage brands such as Starbucks, Wendy\u2019s, Popeye\u2019s, and Firehouse Subs.
